  • Accommodation, all meals, workshops, and activities.

  • Each retreat is different, and each comes with a tailored “Next Steps” email which will be delivered to you as soon as possible. This email will provide information on retreat specifics, such as sleeping arrangements, bathing/bathroom facilities, expected levels of exertion, and maps of the venue when available. Response time will vary depending on what day/time you register for/purchase your space for the retreat. Please refer to the aforementioned business hours for more details about this process.

  • Lodging will vary for each retreat and specific information will be provided for each event. If personal bedding is preferred, you are welcome to bring your own, though this will likely be unnecessary. If it is required, however, this will be included in the packing list sent by the team.

  • No. All levels welcome.

  • Detailed travel directions will be provided upon booking.

  • Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, personal toiletries, and any personal items. Full packing list will be provided via email closer to the time of the event. • Food will be made fresh daily and delivered to the venue during the length of the retreat. Full menus will not be provided prior to the retreat, but all sustenance will be hand made and served family-style. Meals will be largely vegetarian in nature and will focus on the farm-to-table approach of minimally processed and fresh ingredients. If you have dietary restrictions, please reach out to FSH via info@fullspectrumhealing.me to alert a staff member of your needs as soon as possible. This will provide us with ample time to discuss with our chef and prepare suitable meals for you during your stay with us!

  • Each day will have a different schedule, and the events of the day will be reviewed and discussed every morning after breakfast in the designated Community space. Each workshop will be bookended by varying lengths of free time to allow each participant time to engage in extracurricular offerings present throughout the retreat if they so choose. If this is not preferred, participants are welcome to explore the grounds, utilize amenities, engage in meditation, or simply relax and enjoy nature!  Check out a sample schedule for the retreat here.

  • We encourage a digital detox; limited internet access is available for emergencies.

  • Full Spectrum Healing retreats are meant to be a “deep dive” into yourself and, as such, “unplugging” while engaging in an FSH retreat is highly recommended. However, this is clearly a personal choice that will be honored. If you wish for additional support while at the retreat to separate from your phone while engaged in the programming, staff are happy to hold your cell phone for you in a secure location for the duration of the retreat. During that time, family and friends are welcome to contact staff members to alert you of situations that require your attention. If you choose to keep your cell phone on you throughout the retreat, FSH kindly requests that cell phones not be present during workshops or during community time with your fellow seekers, as this can impact the attention and focus of you and other participants. We ask that you please be respectful of those who do not wish to utilize their cell phones during this journey, to include playing music, texting, or taking phone calls during programming hours. Thank you so much for your respect and consideration!

  • If you are hesitant to engage in an activity presented due to discomfort with vulnerability, shame, embarrassment, or other unpleasant emotion, please let an FSH staff member know so that we can either process these concerns with you or provide an alternative activity. We are happy to accommodate your needs and will find a solution that benefits all involved.

For concerns that are even deeper than those listed above, please be aware that FSH operates as a trauma-informed, inclusive, and sensitive company that recognizes that we all have different reactions and experiences when engaging in unfamiliar situations. As such, please know that discomfort is seen as a sign of growth, but distress is handled much differently. If you experience trauma reactions of any sort at any time, please let an FSH staff member know immediately, so that we can accommodate your needs. We have a staff member with therapeutic trauma and crisis training who can respond with several tools and techniques to mitigate emotional dysregulation if it occurs. Please do not keep your distress to yourself as this is counter-intuitive to the healing process and may cause you additional emotional harm. We are honored to guide you in these healing processes and can help you address these situations if they arise, thus providing you with a safe and responsive environment in which to explore your inner self and emotions.

  • In our normal daily lives, we are often surrounded by sound and may find ourselves accustomed to seeking connection, guidance, and confirmation of our existence from outside sources. Noble silence, on the other hand, is an opportunity to reconnect with our inner voice through removing unnecessary verbal communication to heighten our awareness to our inner landscape. This may initially be discomforting as returning to silence will draw our attention to the anxious, ungrounded state of our active minds. However, this discomfort begins to dissipate once we become more familiar with our inner voice, allowing us to learn what makes us speak and how our bodies feel when we do engage in communication. Noble silence also fosters slowing down and allowing us to find the natural reserves of calm and vibrance that characterize connection with our true selves.

If this still seems like an insensate practice for you, please consider it an offering of peace and goodwill for your fellow seekers who wish to engage in this practice. You may find it proves much more powerful and enriching than you may imagine! Thank you for your commitment to supporting yourself and others through this practice!

  • Of course, no one expects medical issues to arise during events and the hope is that this will not occur during our retreat. However, if an accident resulting in injury occurs, FSH will have determined the location of the nearest medical providers/hospitals to each retreat prior to the arrival of all guests. Minor first aid will be available if needed as well, and any medical concerns that could impact any attendee of the retreat should be communicated with an FSH staff member prior to arrival. This will ensure that all necessary accommodations are in place at the beginning of the retreat. Thank you for your timely communication in this matter!

  • No, we do not provide refunds. If you are unable to attend the retreat for whatever reason, we will issue you a credit towards future retreats with Full Spectrum Healing. Thank you for understanding!
