9:00 - 10:00 am: Noble Silence Ends & Breakfast
10:30 – 12:30 pm: Sound Healing & Energy Work Sessions
12:30 – 2:30 pm: Lunch & Free Time
2:30 – 4:30 pm: Art Therapy Session
